Installing Propellers

Reference the diagram below for propeller rotation direction:

Ensure the propellers leading edge match the spin direction of each motor.

The diagram below displays the spin and propeller direction of the top motors. The bottom motors’ propellers (push propellers) should be oriented in the opposite direction than the top. In other words, the leading edge should be on the opposite side as the top propellers.

Steps:

1. Align the holes on the propellers with the holes in the motor, as shown in the photo below.

Reference the diagram above to select the correct propeller direction and type

2. Use four M3x8 Socket Head Bolts provided by TMotor and Blue 243 Loctite to install each propeller. Tighten to 11 in-lbs.

Ensure propeller direction and type are correct!
