Configuring the DRS-25 on PRISM Sky

After following the instructions for Installing the DRS-25 on PRISM Sky it is now time to proceed with configuring the DRS-25 on PRISM Sky. Continue following the instructions below.

WARNING: Remove all props before applying power and proceeding. Users may choose to leave the motor arms in the folded position. Just be sure not to plug them back into the aircraft while the drone is powered!

STEP 1: Connect your aircraft following the steps for Connecting PRISM Sky to PC.

NOTE: At this time the DRS-25 parachute will initiate a bootup sequence and flash green once it reaches its nominal state. This is normal.

STEP 2: Launch the latest version of Watts AMC.

STEP 3: Switch into Advanced Mode following the Auterion Docs | Enable Advanced Mode in AMC.

STEP 4: Navigate to the Parameters page via the MENU > VEHICLE SETUP > PARAMETERS.

STEP 5: Ensure the following parameters are set accordingly:

MAV_1_CONFIG GPS2 (202) MAV_1_FORWARD 1 MAV_1_MODE Onboard (2) COM_PARACHUTE 1

NOTE: Rebooting the vehicle maybe required to parameter changes to go into effect. To Reboot via AMC go to MENU > VEHICLE SETUP > PARAMETERS > TOOLS > REBOOT VEHICLE.

STEP 6: Power down aircraft.
